Mill Hill Community Day
Since the renovations started at our Golders Green café, we’ve been running our sessions from our Mill Hill space. It’s been so lovely to see so many familiar and new faces. This community day can be a great opportunity to come together and reflect on what’s been going well, other possibilities, and the future of Head Room café and our community space.
The day will include community conversations, arts and crafts, board games, music and more! Everyone is welcome and you can participate as much or as little as feels right for you. You are welcome to attend the whole afternoon or drop in for individual sessions or simply pop by for tea and cake 😊
Please get in touch for any accessibility requirements or any other questions – Headroomcafe@jamiuk.org
Schedule:
1:30-2pm – meet at Head Room Mill Hill, 12 The Broadway, NW7 3LL

Join us for a leisurely walk from Head Room Mill Hill. This is an opportunity to move your body, meet new people or just have a bit of ‘me time’.
3-4pm: Open space
An open space to have conversations, play board games, enjoy arts and crafts, and music (if you’d like to perform a song or two, or facilitate a short optional activity during the open space please contact us – osnat.ritter@jamiuk.org)
4-5pm: Conversation – the future of Head Room café
Join us for a conversation about Head Room café! We invite you to share your experiences from our Mill Hill location, exploring what’s been working well and what are other possibilities for the future. We are excited to have some Jami colleagues join us for the conversation and will also share the latest updates about the renovations and would love to hear what you think!
5-6:30pm: open space
6.30-7.30pm: Community Conversations
Join our friendly discussion group which is inspired by the French café-débat. At the beginning of the session each participant is invited to suggest a topic and then the group votes, followed by an open conversation about the chosen topic. We welcome diverse views and experiences and treat each other with respect and kindness.
