Head Room by Jami is more than a café. We are a community hub on the high street, where coffee, conversations and connections are made.

By providing a relaxed and welcoming space, where mental health support and education are accessible to everyone in the community, Head Room is changing the way the Jewish and wider community think about mental health, helping to normalise conversations about mental health and mental distress, and raise awareness of a condition that affects one in four people in England every year.

More importantly, our social enterprise café has been the pioneer in taking mental health support from an institutional setting to the high street, leading the way for others to follow.

Jami's community programme at Head Room

We are proud to bring mental health support to the high street. Encouraging the community to talk about mental health creates the opportunity for greater awareness and understanding.

Our free daily programme of groups and activities, open to everyone in the community, supports personal and communal wellbeing. The programme includes sessions in co-working and wellbeing, talks and walks, and creative activities.

To join us in-person, come as you are to our Head Room Golders Green and Head Room Mill Hill. Or feel free to join us online.
