The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness week is nature.
During the pandemic, many of us connected with nature and found a new love for the outdoors. Research on the mental health impacts of the pandemic showed that going for walks was one of the top coping strategies vital for maintaining good mental health. Bringing nature into our everyday lives can benefit both our physical and mental wellbeing.
