Part Two: Building Bridges Through Listening

At Head Room, we believe that community is something we build together – moment by moment, conversation by conversation.

Relationships and community are central to our wellbeing, and they can also be messy, complicated, even painful at times.

In this thought-provoking and welcoming second session, we’ll be exploring together:

The role and impact of listening within relationships and communities
Listening as a skill to practise – what helps and what gets in the way
Applying listening as a tool for our collective strength

This will be another great opportunity for us as a community to explore building up our skills for our time in Head Room – as well as in our own lives. We will bring the snacks, just bring yourself and any thoughts, experiences, and curiosity.
