Part One: Exploring Relationship & Community Building

At Head Room, we believe that community is something we build together – moment by moment, conversation by conversation.

Relationships and community are central to our wellbeing, and they can also be messy, complicated, even painful at times.

In this open and welcoming first session, we’ll be exploring together:

• What helps relationships and communities to thrive?
• What might get in the way—what challenges or barriers show up?

We will bring the snacks, just bring yourself and any thoughts, experiences, and curiosity. Let’s see what we can discover together.

This will be a great chance for us as a community and volunteer team to explore building up our skills for our time in Head Room.
