7.30pm – 8:30pm: Open Mic

We are delighted to announce the return of our Head Room Open Mic night for Chanukah

There will 10 Open Mic slots available, of up to 5 mins each, where anyone who wants to, can present a short ‘performance’. Please email karen.conway@jamiuk.org by 7 December to book your slot and let us know what you would like to perform.

Here are some examples of what an Open Mic performance might be:

• Reading a piece you have written – such as a poem, some spoken word or a short story
• Playing an instrument and or singing
• Stand up (or sit down!) comedy
• Dancing
• A short piece of theatre
• Sharing something you have created, like a comic book, or some artwork
• Or something else!

There will also be an opportunity to purchase food and drink as the kitchen will be open as usual 😊
