Motivation can be elusive. We all know the feeling when we need to do something, but we just can’t find the energy. Motivation isn’t static, it ebbs and flows. We may find ourselves less motivated when life is stressful or when the outside world is confusing or disappointing. How can we maintain our levels of motivation?
