Getting Crafty on Mitzvah Day

This year for Mitzvah Day Jami invited people to ‘get crafty’ in our new Head Room Upcycling Pop Up shop in Mill Hill. The local community got stuck into decoupage and card making, creating items which can then be sold in the shop.

At Head Room Café we launched our Pay it Forward coffee programme – part of the Suspended Coffee Movement. If you pay for an extra coffee and write a short message, we will add it to our Pay it Forward board then the extra coffee can be redeemed by someone who needs it – whatever the reason.
