Our Bite-sized wellbeing sessions cover a variety of topics such as stress management, writing for wellbeing, qi gong and laughter yoga.
21st June – Self-advocacy: Learn skills and discuss how we can best advocate for ourselves
28th June – Qwell: Learn about Qwell, a text based counselling platform, which you can access for free through Jami
12th July: Reclaiming our Narrative: Thinking about the stories of our lives that we tell to ourselves and others, we will think of ways in which these empower us, but potentially how they might limit us when we face challenges in life.
