We can think about boundaries as the line we draw in the sand between what we are and are not comfortable with. To consider our boundaries, we may wish to ask ourselves what we need to sustain our relationship with ourselves and others? How can we ensure that we navigate the world around us on our own terms? Everyone’s boundaries will be individualised and will be needed in different areas of their lives. Join us to consider boundaries, how we assert them, where we may need them and why they are important for our mental health.
