There are many ways that you, your synagogue, school or student and youth group can get involved. Some communities arrange for people within their own congregation to share their lived experience, or for mental health professionals within their community to lead a discussion. Please be sure to let us know what you have planned.
Our Resource Pack can assist you in running events throughout the weekend. The pack includes sermons, suggested activities, youth materials and ideas, wellbeing exercises prepared by Jami’s fitness expert and conversation starting points for a discussion group.
